Sam

Since I've been photographing seniors, I've come to realize that they've all been girls. When Sam's mom reached out to me to see if I could do his, I was a little perplexed on how to go about it. How does one photograph a boy!?! My only experience doing so was of my husband, and he was never too thrilled by it. The day of the session I half expected him to be a little impatient about the process. I'm the worst, and I will tell you why... because I worried for no good reason. Sam was awesome! I ended up having a lot of fun taking his photos. He was beyond kind, and after I delivered his photos, he sent me a lovely message saying thank you for making him look like he could be on GQ :) That made my day.
