Hi there, my name is Julie! For most of my professional career I was a designer, but at some point I took a leap and pursued what I loved the most. Documenting life for myself and for others has always always felt right and fulfilling. And you know, life is pretty short, we should do what makes us happy.
I was born and raised in a small Mexican village by my loving parents, alongside my younger and older sister. My best friend is my husband, James, whom is also conveniently my second camera on wedding days (he’s the handsome guy beside me). Family is my driving force in everything that I do, my whole life revolves around them.
You should know that I put all of my heart into what I do. While it’s true that I’ve photographed plenty of weddings, families, seniors, etc, I am always humbled and honored that I get to keep doing it. In fact, the humbling feeling that I get when I am entrusted to document and safeguard someone else’s memories, will never get old.
